We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged, modified, or used.
  • You must provide your order number, invoice, or other proof of purchase.
  • For products received damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at potlelo18@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please provide photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.
  • Products that have been modified or altered.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use.
  • Clearance/sale products, where specifically stated on the product page.
  • Gift cards, if offered.

Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, photography, or individual screen settings and may not qualify as a defect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, colour, or model, please contact us at potlelo18@gmail.com.

Depending on product availability and the reason for exchange, we may require the original product to be returned before sending the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will generally be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in your bank account or payment account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges, if any, will depend on the reason for the return.

For products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us, Potlelo/Nexora Industries will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or other reasons not attributable to the product, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
