At Potlelo, we take care to pack our planters securely so they reach you in good condition.

Shipping availability and charges
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available to your location, the applicable shipping charge, and the estimated delivery time before you place your order.

Processing and delivery
We prepare orders after they’re placed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Packaging
Our planters are packed to help protect them during transit. Please note that a listing marked “Pot only” does not include a plant unless the product description explicitly says otherwise.

Address details
Please check your name, address, and phone number before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address once an order has been dispatched.
